Nilex develops user-friendly and affordable service management software solutions for all types of businesses and organizations.

 

With our system, companies can save money and streamline its organization. Over the time business requirements change. That is not a problem because Nilex has an ongoing dialogue with our customers and we develop Nilex to fit these new requirements.

Nilex Enterprise® is a fully scalable system suite, which was developed from the ground up for organizations and businesses with high demands on its service management solution. Nilex Enterprise® has been PinkVerify certified since 2004, which means we also follow ITIL's guidance in our development.

 

Nilex Enterprise® consists of three essential and complementary softwares, Nilex HelpDesk, Nilex inventory and Nilex CRM. Since the start in 1996, Nilex has delivered more than 1000 installations, mainly in Sweden, but also about a hundred in Germany and Denmark. We are continuously in the process of expansion to furthermore markets.

 

Our popular applications are in addition to Swedish also available in English, German, Danish and Norwegian.
