Managing languages within the NSP System enables you to add new and update existing language settings. With simple control, it is possible to provide a set of languages that will be available to the Self service portal as well as the set of languages that are located on the Agent Portal.
For both systems, you can define the default language as well as the default language of system`s data - the language that is used to enter all your information in the system.
With the help of this module, you can control specific translations of certain items in the system. Each defined interpretive elements automatically receive unique identifiers and that allows you to translate content in all available languages in the application.

If you have already used the same word somewhere in the text, the application will try to find the complete text and display as a suggested translation in certain languages. With this approach, system will provide consistency of translated text and save your time.
