New NSP version released
Today we published new NSP version Malmö. This version includes new powerful Self Service Portal, Service Catalog with webshop, Knowledgebase Management with support of knowledge Center, Facebook and Computer Telephone Integrations, Announcements, widget supported dashboard etc. From now on, NSP includes My Ticket Control panel so users can see and follow the progress of their own cases.
