Our customers have requested a solution that provides the tools for managing communications with their customers regardless of channel. Traditional channels such as email and portals are still in demand, but more and more customers choose to contact companies and organizations through social media. If your organization is on Facebook, your customers and citizens expect it to be easy to contact you there.
How does the Nilex Social Media Manager work?
In addition to the issues that come from email and your self-service portal, you can also see in a shared dashboard all the messages, comments and wallposts for your various pages on Facebook in a single view. You can easily collaborate between different departments and when your administrators open Nilex, they see if a colleague reads or has responded to a comment. In step one, we launch an integration with your pages on Facebook and Facebook Messenger. Then we continue with integrations towards more social networks and applications.
